Today internet is a popular media as the media of customer service. Many customers send their complaint via e-mail, facebook, twitter, youtube etc. In social media, customer is having a free expression on their complaints. Sometime between customer and customer they do communicating to talk about the product that they consume.
In the internet the customers send an idea about the product that they really need it. They talk to company about the criteria on it. It is benefit information for company to out the new product and it’s a great business opportunity. Example Youtube is communicating for the visual media. Youtube today is the most popular as the media for business, news, entertainment and of course for young generation as the next generation that friendly as the internet user.
Both e-mail and social media now become popular media in around the world. Internet has changed the people’s interaction. It’s more communicative than before. It’s useful to company in implemented their business to customer and making direct communicating via e-mail and social media. Customer feels the company closing to them. It’s a great way in good communication.
