SLA often uses at information technology service company
Output of SLA:
1. The quality
2. The quantity
3. Time process for finish
The benchmark of result is from the deal of each group that’s involving into the project between the give maker and the receiver of service
SLA does to make the coordination and the communication into groups in involving into the project to keep quality of output.
SLA is using:
1. Internal
2. External
Output result in a department could be input for the others departments
