Many employees who work in a company actually wants companies led by managers who have openness. Transparent leaders are always thinking about integrity. Because integrity is an important value. Transparent leaders think:
1. The strategy will be applied to improve company performance.
2. The best thing for employees.
Transparent leaders ask themselves: Have I been honest with me? Have I done the best for the company? Are the men I work with honesty? Do my employees have been living well?
According to Herb Baum a good leader is the only way to develop employees based on integrity is by trying hard. They also know that the culture of openness of each employee to recognize the problem and talk about mistakes. They are trained to act honestly in the works.
